Our rotisserie
At the heart of our operation is a traditional, six-spit rotisserie custom made in France.
The rotating spits allow meat to roast to golden perfection, constantly basting itself, sealing in natural juices while letting fat drip off (and onto our lovely potatoes).
Our PROMISE
All our chickens are raised on small family farms, certified humane, kosher, antibiotic and growth hormone free, non-GMO, and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
